Tomáš Lněnička
Tomáš Lněnička is a Czech actor who proves that talent doesn’t have to come from conservatory training. Originally from Litomyšl, he began his theatre career right after high school – first at the Studio of Young Artists in České Budějovice, led by director Václav Martinec. Before that, he performed with the amateur troupe Cukr, but he has no formal acting education. “I’m a street actor,” he says with a smile – and perhaps that’s why he appears so natural on stage.
From 1993, he was a member of the Klicpera Theatre in Hradec Králové, where he spent over twenty years and continues to perform as a guest. In 2013, he began collaborating with the East Bohemian Theatre in Pardubice, where he became a permanent member of the ensemble two years later.
