
Marika Procházková
Marika Procházková is a Czech actress who quite literally has theatre in her blood – she was born into an acting family, the daughter of Bořik Procházka and Marika Procházková-Skopalová. A graduate of DAMU, she began her career at Divadlo Rokoko and the National Theatre Brno. Since then, she has performed on many Czech stages, including the National Theatre, Dejvické Theatre, Divadlo Na zábradlí, Hudební divadlo Karlín, and Divadlo Na Jezerce. Today, audiences can regularly see her at the Činoherní klub, where she shines as Stella in the iconic play A Streetcar Named Desire. She is also a member of the Frída Theatre Company, touring stages across the Czech Republic.
On screen, she is known for her roles in Rafťáci, Medvídek, Cirkus Bukowsky, and Okresní přebor. TV audiences may also recognize her from series such as Modrý kód (Blue Code) and Trpaslík (The Dwarf).
