Jan Šťava
Jan Šťava is a Czech stage and television actor from Brno, where he was born in 1997 and successfully studied acting at the local conservatory. He got his first permanent engagement at the Radost Theatre in Brno, where he worked between 2017 and 2020. He then spent three seasons at the Šumperk Theatre and also made guest appearances at the Municipal Theatre Zlín. In the spring of 2024, he became a core ensemble member of the West Bohemian Theatre in Cheb, where he performs, for example, in the comedy Sex on the Waves (Sex na vlnách). In addition to his theater work, he also appears in front of the camera. Television viewers may know him from episodic roles in the successful detective series Labyrint, and he also played the character of Juraj in the independent short film Za hranice.
Since spring 2024, he has been a member of the West Bohemian Theatre in Cheb (Západočeské divadlo v Chebu), where he continues to develop his stage roles.
