Marek Frňka

Marek Frňka is a Czech theater and television actor. Born in Vsetín, he performed in a folklore group from an early age and had his first theater experience while studying at the local high school. He graduated in dramatic acting from the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts (DAMU) in Prague. He is a co-founder of the traveling theater troupe Ductus Deferens, which performs at the Studio of the Švandovo Theatre, among other venues. Throughout his career, he has guest-performed at Divadlo DISK, Činoherní klub, J. K. Tyl Theatre in Plzeň, and the State Opera. He is currently a permanent ensemble member at the Švandovo Theatre in Prague. On screen, he has appeared in television series such as Kukačky and Dvojka na zabití.
