
Петр Бучачек
Petr Bucháček is a Czech actor who began his career at the Municipal Theatre in Most and since 2001 has been one of the prominent faces of the Municipal Theatre in Mladá Boleslav. Audiences remember him as Jakub in Milan Kundera’s play Jakub and His Master and as Ota in Vlastimil Venclík’s comedy Second Wind. A native of Prague’s Vinohrady district, he was also one of the founders of the Original Prague Syncopated Orchestra, where he started his artistic journey through music. Viewers know him from television – he appeared in the series Ordinace v růžové zahradě and in films such as Lidice and Burning Bush. The media describe him as “an actor who can elevate naturalness into art” and as “a charismatic interpreter of middle-aged men.”
