Jakub Burýšek

After studying at the Janáček Conservatory in Ostrava, he appeared as a guest actor at the Petr Bezruč Theatre and the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre. Since 2016, he has been a permanent member of the ensemble at the Petr Bezruč Theatre. For his extraordinary performance as Zdena Koubková in the production Transky, body, vteřiny, he was nominated for the Theatre Critics’ Award for Best Actor of 2019. He also won the Talent of the Year category.
