Marital History
This unique production by JEDL, an award-winning Czech ensemble, was created for Dramox Originals by acclaimed director Robert Sedláček. The show boasts a variety of celebrated names. Director Jan Nebeský and actors David Prachař and Lucie Trmíková are joined by talented Anna Fialová. Famous jazz pianist Emil Viklický accompanies the performance. The grotesque operetta is inspired by the life of Swedish playwright August Strindberg, a famous misogynist and “the enemy of women”. JEDL offers a highly entertaining yet poignant insight into his marriage to Siri von Essen.
