Марек Пріказськи
Marek Příkazký is a Czech actor and musician and a long-standing member of the ensemble of the Zlín Municipal Theatre. He began his acting career while studying at JAMU, where he appeared as a guest actor at the Moravian Theatre in Olomouc. Since 2010, he has been based in Zlín, becoming one of the key faces of the repertoire, praised for his energy, sharp comic timing, and distinctive satirical perspective.
Audiences particularly remember him from the politically incorrect cabaret productions Ovčáček čtveráček and Ovčáček miláček, in which he uses biting humour to comment on contemporary social and political issues. He can also be seen in other Zlín productions such as Nora, The Sound of Sun Clocks, or The Seven Ravens. Critics describe him as an actor with a strong stage presence and a talent for precise, intelligent satire.
Alongside acting, Marek Příkazký is deeply involved in music. He performs in several bands, including the Zlín-based cabaret-punk group Franc Alpa, where he sings, writes lyrics, and plays bass guitar. The combination of acting, music, and distinctive humour makes him a striking figure on the contemporary theatre scene.
