Veronika Vartiková

Veronika Vartíková is a Slovak costume designer. She works on the Slovak theater scene, designing costumes for a variety of projects—collaborating long-term with the Ján Palárik Theatre in Trnava, the Slovak National Theatre, and the Dance Studio Theatre in Banská Bystrica. Her distinctive costume work is featured, for instance, in the dance production Dotyk Alžbety (The Touch of Elizabeth) at the Dance Studio Theatre. She also collaborates with Czech theaters. A significant part of her professional career involves film and television, where she works as a costume designer. She has worked on films such as Kdo je další?, Láska hory přenáší, and Čarovné jablko, and her costume design has also shaped the characters in the popular period series Dunaj, k vašim službám and Jsem máma.
