David Janík

David Janík is a Czech stage and screen actor, musician, and composer. He graduated in Drama Acting from the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts (JAMU) in Brno, completing his studies in 2017. He began his professional career at the Husa na provázku Theatre, appearing in productions such as Loves of a Blonde (Lásky jedné plavovlásky), Grandmother (Babička), and Amadeus. Since 2024, he has been a member of the artistic ensemble at the Radost Theatre in Brno. His repertoire there includes roles in The Little Witch (Malá čarodějnice), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Sen noci svatojánské), Animal Farm (Farma zvierat), and The Snow Queen (Sněhová královna). He also composes original stage music for various theatrical projects. On screen, he has appeared in episodic roles in the television series Labyrinth (Labyrint) and Shadows in the Mist (Stíny v mlze). Alongside his theater and film work, he performs as a singer and keyboard player for the musical group Golden Delicious.
