Роберт Рот

Robert Roth is a Slovak theatre, film and radio actor. He was born in Bratislava and studied acting at the Bratislava Conservatory, specializing in music and drama. From a young age he appeared on stage and gradually worked with theatres such as the Ján Palárik Theatre in Trnava, Nová scéna in Bratislava and the Puppet Theatre in Žilina. Since 2000 he has been a member of the Drama Company of the Slovak National Theatre, where he has created numerous memorable roles in both classical and contemporary productions. On stage, Robert Roth is admired for his extraordinary acting energy, imagination and his ability to transform every role into a powerful theatrical experience. He gained particular recognition for roles such as Hamlet and Faust, and for the title role in Hamlet he received the prestigious Slovak theatre award DOSKY.
