Everglow
Everglow is an autobiographical dance performance dedicated to every Ukrainian refugee whose life has been changed by the war. It is a heartfelt response to the events that forced millions of people into the epicenter of conflict, compelling them to leave their homes and seek safety in foreign lands. The performance tells the personal story of Ukrainian dancers and partners Vladyslav Detiuchenko and Veronika Rakitina during the first months of the war. This contemporary dance piece is not only a personal story but also a universal tale of loss, love, faith, and resilience. It resonates with everyone who has felt the pain of war or the invisible wall that separates loved ones. At the same time, Everglow speaks of hope — of belief in a brighter future and the power of love that helps us endure even in the darkest times. Premiere date: March 1 (The Hague, The Netherlands).
